“Renshin” urban development and investment company announces the successful completion of the allocation phase for its nominal coupon bonds’ debut issuance. All the 3 series of bonds in AMD and US Dollars, presented as part of the company's offering with a total program volume of AMD 10 billion, were fully sold out. "Ameriabank" CJSC acted as the allocation partner for the process.

Following the recently signed memorandum between “Renshin urban investments” and “Music for Future” foundation, the company provided 100 million AMD to the foundation within the framework of its sponsorship.
