Project Overview

The residential complex is strictly planned in adherence to seismic and other standards required for the site. The construction is carried out by fused reinforced concrete structures and concrete technology, and the paneling is made by natural tufa blocks.

The complex planned by classical Tamanyan architectural style of Yerevan excels the neighboring buildings by its rich and unique exterior. All these meticulous efforts put into the building execution contribute to the comfort, reliability and safety of each resident. The complex consists of 16 upper and 3 ground floors, comprising 2-4 room apartments of 63-230 m2. The construction of the complex was completed in 2013 and it was successfully launched in the same year.

Location

The complex is built in the centre of Yerevan, main avenue park, 89/91 Buzand street. Due to its unique location, the capital city’s museums, theatres, best restaurants and stores are within immediate reach.

Architecture and Technology

This complex consists of 16 upper and 3 ground floors, comprising the following types of apartments:

  • 3-room apartments 87 m2, 123 m2, 131 m2,
  • 4-room apartments 147 m2, 230 m2.
Apartments with ceiling heights of 3 meters are equipped with high quality sound and heat-insulating, double-layer metaloplastic windows that protect the residents from the street noise and dust allowing them to keep the apartments' optimal temperature . The apartments contain water supply systems and drainage facilities in the form of general stunts, as well as telephone, electricity and antenna lines with single points of entry. Apartments are provided with natural lighting and comfortable verandas allowing you to enjoy the fascinating sceneries.
