Renshin’s AMD 5 Billion Bond Issue Fully Subscribed in a Matter of Days
The placement of the latest bond series issued by Renshin, a leading urban development and investment company, has successfully concluded. Valued at AMD 5 billion, the entire volume was fully absorbed by the market in just a few days, driven by exceptionally high demand, despite the official placement deadline being set for February 2, 2027. Ameriabank acted as the underwriter for this issuance.

Reflecting on the successful placement, Kristine Chichyan, Chief Financial Officer at Renshin, noted:
"The rapid placement of our latest bond issue is a clear indicator of the strong and sustained confidence the capital market holds in Renshin’s strategic vision. This proactive response from investors once again underscores the high level of interest in our company as a reliable issuer. The swift subscription of both this and our previous tranche is not only a tangible endorsement but also a tremendous responsibility — one that drives us to continue operating according to the highest standards of corporate governance, financial discipline, and transparency we have adopted."
With nearly 25 years of market expertise, Renshin’s current operations encompass approximately 1 million square meters of premium real estate under development. To date, the company has attracted investments exceeding USD 2 billion. Renshin continues to reshape the capital's architectural identity and redefine the urban landscape through visionary projects, including Skyline — the city’s first skyscraper district, the first ever branded five-star residences in Armenia Artlife Kempinski Residences, the World Trade Center Yerevan (WTCY), the multifunctional complex at 8 Tumanyan Street, and the Cascade reconstruction project.
