Project Overview
The complex has been meticulously designed, considering all the standard requirements defined for the construction site, including insulation, seismic considerations and other essentials. The construction is executed using fused reinforced concrete structures and advanced concrete technology, while the exterior paneling is made from natural tufa blocks.
All these meticulous efforts contribute to the comfort, reliability, and safety of every resident. The multifunctional residential complex comprises three sections, each varying in height with 14, 16, and 20 upper floors respectively. Additionally, there are two base floors in each section. These floors encompass a range of 1-4 room apartments, varying in size from 40 to 141 m2.
Location
"Sasna Tsrer I" is the city’s newly built and rapidly expanding districts located in the vicinity of Hrazdan gorge far from the city’s noise and industrial complexes, thus is considered an ecologically clean and developed area. The location choice of the construction site has been the result of deliberate and thoughtful process. The strategic location of the complex offers convenient access to prominent landmarks within a few minutes: Komitas Avenue, Halabyan Street, Karen Demirtchian Sports and Concerts complex, and Barekamutyun Square are easily reachable within a short distance. Additionally, the "Barekamutyun" subway station in Yerevan can be reached within a mere five-minute drive.
The strategically positioned apartments offer breathtaking panoramic views, showcasing the magnificent Hrazdan gorge, Araratyan field, Davtashen church, Arai and Aragats mountains, and the iconic Mount Ararat from the biblical lore. Architecture and Technology
The complex comprises duplex apartments of 270-320 m2 and large verandas. The apartments with ceiling height of 3 meters are equipped with double-layer metaloplastic windows offering excellent sound and heat insulation and providing protection from street noise and dust. Additionally, they help maintain a comfortable indoor temperature by effectively utilizing the centralized heating system of the complex. The apartments have water supply systems and drainage facilities installation in the form of stand pipe, as well as telephone, electricity and antenna lines with single points of entry. The apartments are designed to offer ample natural light and feature comfortable verandas, allowing residents to delight in the breathtaking and magnificent views of the surroundings.
