Similar to our previous projects, this new complex boasts captivating classical architecture, providing residents with comfort and contemporary living. The modern apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows, offering breathtaking views of Hrazdan Gorge and the iconic Mount Ararat.
Throughout the design process, we carefully considered the demands and preferences of the evolving Yerevan lifestyle, ensuring maximum convenience and a seamless integration with the city's ambiance.
Location
This residential complex is located in the Davtashen administrative district of Yerevan. Specifically, it stands on Sasna Tsrer 3 street, on the right side of Davtashen bridge. It stands in front of our company’s previously constructed "Sasna Tsrer I '' residential complex. These two tall buildings serve as a prominent landmark at the entrance to Davtashen.
The residential complex takes advantage of the gradual flooring and tuff revetment, a unique architectural feature of Yerevan, enhancing its perfect integration with the stunning Hrazdan gorge view. Thanks to its strategic positioning, all apartments receive ample natural light and boast exceptional views.
Architecture and Technology
The residential complex comprises three buildings two of which having 16 and the third one 20 floors. Planning solutions for 3-14 floors are identical. Top two floors are specially designed duplex apartments with 153-312 m2 surface and spacious balconies. The apartments ceiling height is 3 meters.
