Renshin Launches Placement of a New Bond Tranche
Renshin announces the issuance of its next tranche of bonds, offering investors an opportunity to become part of the company’s long-term vision for Yerevan’s urban development. The new issuance comprises 50,000 bonds with a total value of AMD 5 billion. The placement is arranged by Ameriabank.

With this issuance, Renshin expands investment opportunities, making its offering accessible to a broader range of investors.
The bonds from the previous issuance were fully placed within a short period, demonstrating strong investor interest. The company has undergone audits by KPMG, one of the Big Four accounting firms, for five consecutive years, reflecting its commitment to financial transparency.
With nearly 25 years of experience, Renshin has approximately 1 million square meters of premium real estate currently under development, while the total investment value exceeds USD 2 billion.
The company is reshaping Yerevan’s urban landscape and redefining perceptions of modern living through landmark developments, such as the Cascade Complex, a significant cultural and architectural landmark in Yerevan; Skyline, Armenia’s first residential district with skyscrapers; Artlife Kempinski Residences, Armenia’s first branded residential complex; World Trade Center Yerevan (WTCY) and the multifunctional residential complex under development at Tumanyan 8 street.
At the heart of these initiatives lies Renshin’s ambitious urban development vision: to go beyond delivering individual projects and instead transform the urban environment, reimagine the possibilities for the city’s development, and shape new spaces that create lasting value.
Following the completion of the placement, the company intends to apply for the bonds to be listed on the Armenia Securities Exchange, after which after which it will be possible to buy or sell them on the secondary market.
