"Skyline" project of the "Renshin" company is a new word and standard in the field of urban development

Renshin Urban Investments announced the launch of its new and by many standards unprecedented "Skyline" project on June 7-9, within the framework of Yerevan Wine Days.

A groundbreaking mixed-use residential complex is set to transform the area around Baghramyan  - Orbeli intersections in Yerevan. Covering 35,000 square meters of land, this innovative development will feature extensive green parks and recreational spaces spanning over 2 hectares. 

The complex will integrate diverse facilities such as business hubs, entertainment venues, and a cinema. It will include public and tourist areas, educational centers featuring an international school and children's development center, as well as sports facilities and a primary health care clinic. Numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops will complement the vibrant community atmosphere. In total, the construction area will span an impressive 250,000 square meters, promising to establish a self-contained "city within a city" that enhances urban living in Yerevan.

Armenia will witness its first implementation of the "city within a city" concept, led by Laguarda Low Architects, a renowned firm based in New York known for pioneering neighborhood design worldwide. Laguarda Law is tasked with crafting the master plan for the complex, encompassing all facets of architectural design - from building facades and exteriors to public spaces, entertainment areas, and landscape design.

For the first time in Armenia, "Skyline" will have its own transportation system connecting the district with the Center this innovative system will include regular route shuttles and a car - sharing service equipped with vehicles owned by the complex. Residents will have the convenience of using these services, offering them the opportunity to forgo owning a personal car.

Both during construction and further operation, high energy efficiency will be ensured in the complex and environmental norms will be observed as much as possible. All existing infrastructure in the Skyline district will be open for public use.

"Skyline" represents a significant investment program by "Renshin," committing over 100 billion investment over the next 3 years. This ambitious project aims not only to transform the landscape but also to stimulate the local economy by creating more than 2,000 jobs across various specialties during its implementation.

"Renshin" emphasizes its commitment to integrating international best practices into Armenia through strategic partnerships with prestigious global entities, thereby bringing the "Skyline" project to fruition. It is another successful milestone for the company and a unique exemplary model for the construction industry.

Construction of the district has already begun and is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
