Shareholders

The success of the group is based on the long and great friendhsip between Mr. Eduard Marutyan and Mr. Arayik Karapetyan. Both have kickstarted their careers in the banking sector, pioneered securities' markets in the country and played a key role in the formation of the Armenian financial sector. Additionaly, shareholders have professional expertise in multiple industries, including but not limited to real estate management, renewable energy solutions, information technologies, investment and social services, tobacco distribution, etc.
