The joint project of the RA Government and "Renshin", World Trade Center Yerevan, has signed a cooperation agreement with the prestigious Colliers
The contract signed between World Trade Center Yerevan and Colliers was preceded by a long and complex tender process, as a result of which Colliers was preferred among all participants, taking into account the company's wide recognition due to its experience in the fields of real estate and project management, its impressive track record of large-scale project implementation.
Colliers, a global company listed on the Nasdaq and Toronto stock exchanges, is a leader in diversified project management service provision.
Colliers Project Leaders - Middle East will undertake the full management of the World Trade Center Yerevan construction process, which, as a management model, is also an innovation in the Armenian market.
World Trade Center Yerevan is the largest public-private partnership project in Armenia, which is implemented by the Government of the Republic of Armenia and Renshin Urban Investments. It is designed to be a state-of-the-art mixed-use development that will be home to commercial spaces, offices, retail outlets, hotels and exhibition halls.
