Agreement Signed for Construction of World Trade Center in Yerevan
On April 30, an agreement was signed between RA Minister of Economy and "Renshin" LLC to construct the World Trade Center (WTC) in Yerevan.
On April 30, RA Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan, on behalf of the RA Government, and General Director Eduard Marutyan, on behalf of "Renshin" LLC, signed an agreement on the construction of the World Trade Center (WTC). Another tripartite agreement has been signed among the RA government, "Renshin" LLC and "Haypost" CJSC, by which the "World Trade Center Yerevan" joint stock company will be established.
The decision on the urban development program to build the World Trade Center (WTC) and the participation of the "World Trade Center" closed joint-stock company establishment was approved by the executive with decision No. 1529-A on September 7, 2023.
