On June 24th, the Armenia's first exclusive district construction was announced in the Baghramyan-Orbeli area, designed with a "city within a city" concept.
"For us, this is truly the result of quite extensive preparatory work. Considering that this project is genuinely unprecedented, with no prior experience or examples in many aspects, obtaining the construction permit and organizing processes that comply with both Armenian regulations and the highest international standards is an important achievement for us. Today we are not only marking the launch of a new project but also bringing a completely new approach to Armenia's urban development sector," said Levon Kasparov, Director of Operations at Renshin.
As previously announced, the most authoritative international companies are involved throughout the entire development and construction process of the Skyline project. The New York-based Laguarda Low company is responsible for the area's design and facades, the British company Arup will handle the construction engineering of high-rise buildings, while the interior design of apartments will be carried out by 1508 London design studio.
Ani Mavyan, Strategic Development Director of Renshin, read a message about new urban planning concepts, transforming Yerevan's environment, and new architectural proposals.
"On June 24, 2025, we have gathered in the heart of Yerevan to lay the foundation of a project that is more than just a combination of buildings and walls. Today we are laying the foundation for a future that has vision, purpose, and soul. Skyline is not simply a district. It brings new breath to Yerevan life and architecture," was written in the message. It was placed in the foundation of the construction by Renshin's founders Eduard Marutyan and Arayik Karapetyan.
"This project is truly very important for us. It will bring a completely new lifestyle, sense of style, and quality of life to our city," said Ani Mavyan, Strategic Development Director of Renshin.
Skyline's first buyer was also present at the ceremony. Narine Atyan primarily views the property being created by Renshin as an investment. According to her, this is Renshin's next project where she and a large group of loyal investors are making investments. "Any subsequent project by Renshin over these 20 years surpasses the previous one. So acquiring an apartment in Skyline is an expected investment for me, and an opportunity to live outside Armenia while being in Yerevan," she said.
With the start of construction, new momentum is also given to the sales process. Project apartments can be acquired through mortgage loans even today.
