Dialogue between Developer and Architect: A Panel Discussion within the "NPATAK" Festival

For the second year in a row, "Renshin" is sponsoring the first architectural festival "NPATAK" in Armenia. This event provides the architectural community with an opportunity to explore modern trends in the field, meet professionals from prestigious studios, and connect with one another. This year, "Renshin" not only supported "NPATAK", but also participated in a panel discussion on a topic of great significance for the development of the sector.

In the discussion titled "Effective Cooperation between Architect and Developer," Renshin was represented by Konstantin Avksentyev, head of the company's project management department. Konstantin has extensive experience in urban planning, architecture, and real estate development projects in the USA, Italy, and Russia, including the International Property Awards-winning Rostec City Business Park. Along with other participants representing various architectural bureaus and project management offices, the discussion focused on how project management can serve as a platform for dialogue and align the interests and capabilities of developers, architects, and other stakeholders.

Konstantin highlighted the challenges that arise in construction and real estate management projects both in Armenia and abroad, sharing his valuable insights and experiences. He emphasized the importance of such discussions in raising awareness about the concerns and ideas of developers regarding projects and the available tools in project management that facilitate effective dialogue, especially for the younger generation of architects.

In his speech, Konstantin stated: "We are delighted to participate in discussions that spread light on the issues that matter to everyone but are often overlooked. It is crucial that the younger generation of architects become acquainted with the perspectives of developers on projects and the various project management tools that can foster effective communication and collaboration."

At the conclusion of the panel discussion, attendees, including representatives of international bureaus, had the opportunity to ask questions to the speakers, receiving informative answers, practical solutions, and guidance on this crucial topic that can benefit them in their future projects.
