"Renshin" Urban Development and Investment Company announces the launch of the placement of nominal coupon bonds. The placement is arranged by Ameriabank. "Renshin" is an urban development and investment company with a history spanning over 24 years, having developed approximately 1 million square meters of premium real estate during its operations. The Company is implementing a number of major projects in collaboration with reputable international partners, including Artlife Kempinski Residences, Skyline, and WTCY.

Following the recently signed memorandum between “Renshin urban investments” and “Music for Future” foundation, the company provided 100 million AMD to the foundation within the framework of its sponsorship.

Acknowledging the importance of international experience, professional networking, and the development of the architectural sphere in Armenia, “Renshin” once again had its input in organising a prestigious international event in Yerevan, this time, joining “Share Architects” forum as the main sponsor.

More than 200 concrete trucks, about 2,400 cubic meters of concrete, and 30 hours of uninterrupted work. Concrete pouring processes have begun at Skyline, an innovative “city-in-a-city” district that incorporates Armenia’s first-ever skyscrapers. This marked the longest continuous concrete pouring process in Armenia.

On June 24th, the Armenia's first exclusive district construction was announced in the Baghramyan-Orbeli area, designed with a "city within a city" concept.
